Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms carefully before booking your Hajj or Umrah services with Al Khaif.

1. Booking and Contract Formation

A booking is treated as confirmed after we receive your completed registration details and the required payment, and issue confirmation/invoice from our side. Please review your booking details immediately and report any errors.

2. Package Pricing and Inclusions

Package pricing covers the agreed services listed in your booking. Items commonly excluded unless explicitly mentioned include vaccinations, personal expenses, passport/visa issuance fees, travel insurance, and costs outside itinerary scope.

Prices may be corrected before confirmation if an obvious pricing error occurs. After confirmation, changes may only apply when driven by third-party transport costs, taxes/dues, or major currency movements.

3. Surcharge or Refund Adjustments

If cost components materially increase or decrease after booking confirmation, a surcharge or refund process may apply. Any payable surcharge must be settled within the advised payment window.

4. Special Requests

You should submit special requests in writing before final confirmation. We try to accommodate reasonable requests, but fulfillment depends on availability and third-party approvals.

5. Cancellations and Amendments

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on cancellation timing and supplier rules.
  • A date-change request can be treated as cancellation plus rebooking depending on service status.
  • Any third-party change fees imposed by airlines/hotels/transport operators must be paid by the traveler.

6. Transfer of Booking

Subject to operational feasibility and supplier policy, a traveler may request transfer of booking to another eligible person. Transfer requests should be made in advance, and related costs must be cleared before processing.

7. Changes or Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to amend schedules, logistics, or accommodation arrangements when required by operational, regulatory, or safety circumstances. In some cases, trips can be cancelled if minimum participation or critical operational conditions are not met.

8. Supplier Terms and Liability Limits

Transport operators, hotels, and other service providers operate under their own terms and limitations. Where their policy applies, related liability boundaries may affect claims connected to delay, loss, or service interruptions.
